How The Process Works

I do not offer an online booking service. This is because I would like to chat to you before to fully understand what exactly you desire.

We will talk about colours and style choices that you want, and I will ask you for a photo of your hair before so I can assess what you need and match what I can offer.

After we have spoken, I can offer a date and time that suits us both, giving you the time to ensure a quality product.
 

After this, I will see you at Urban Chic and Beauty Salon, Lands Lane, in central Leeds, where I rent a private room.

If you need to cancel I need 24 hours notice if possible. I am happy to rearrange if something crops up and you can't make our appointment. Please contact me and not the salon to book an appointment. 

I prefer card payments, but can take cash too (no cheques) and will offer a full written receipt at time of payment plus a digital receipt via e-mail for all card payments if you want. I can accept bank transfers too.
